Drawing and Sketching

I enjoy pencil on paper which is very portable. When I was in grade 5 or 6 I discovered I could do more than just scribble. I did some starts at sketches of the human form in profile. I progressed using techniques of tracing which led me to learn much. Later with some art in Jr and Sr high school I progressed. I also learned perspective and more and more how to "see" which is so very important in drawing and sketching. I don't do nearly enough with media like charcoal, chalk, and pastel. I have had some fun experimenting with coloured pencils and a bit with watercolour pencils. I'd like to do more in particular with ink an watercolour.
